Practice Management System

Preferred Health Resourses Practice Management System is called Remedy.  It is a simple to use character based system. Below are a number of reduced screen shots from different parts of Remedy.

Once the user signs on they come to the basic screen called the Front Desk.  It is perfect for your receptionist to confirm a patient as they walk in, or gather insurance and related information:

Its so simple.  If the patient is in the database you can bring up their information by name, SSN, Data of Birth, or by the appointment scheduler. Pictured below is how the user searches for a common last name:

Whether the patient is new or old you have access to their full demographics:

Once the patient demographics are captured, an appointment can be scheduled. The scheduler brings up the nearest date and time, or the user brings up the calendar and does it manually:

The scheduler brings up the date of the appointment and user picks the time slot. If your practice has a predefined series of procedures you can designate a particular amount of time for that procedure:

If you have equipment such as EKGs you can identify these resources with their own schedule and associated personnel that are needed to run that procedure. When that particular procedure is scheduled, all necessary staffs time is also blocked out.

It is simple to get appointments for a specific doctor or nurse practitioner.  Bring the schedule up on the screen or print it out. You can even get your schedule on your Palm if you use the Palm program:
